Terms of service

Campus Customs will accept a return or exchange of any online stock purchase within 30 days of receipt (as documented by tracking).  Special order items such as Alumni year product, specific departments within a school, etc. are NOT available for return or exchange.  They are final sale.  Please ensure you are confident in your size prior to ordering those items.  We are happy to assist with recommendations if you are unsure.

Occasionally, items are not in stock and they will either be delayed in fulfillment or refunded and cancelled.  If a cancellation is necessary due to lack of availability, you will be notified via email or note within order package.
